About:Hangzhou Metro

Is there a tranport card in Hangzhou City can be use on both Metro, Bus for tourist.

Just like the PUIC (Jinlingtong) card in Nanjing City)

You can just purchase the Hangzhou Ordinary Transportation Card, called 'Hangzhoutong'.
