How can I get fast Chinese visa on September 2019

Hi, it does take time to get Chinese visa ?if I did visa application form,I just want to get Chinese visa for this year September 19.do you think that will be late

Betty, the process usually takes 4 working days. It is not late and you are advised to apply one month in advance.
