About students Visa application

Hello, I am a Tanzania passport holder, and I would like to apply for students visa at chinese embassy in Indonesia I will visit my friends for a month , possible?

Junior, you may not apply in Indonesia. CVASC there only accepts the application of the third country citizens with long-term stay in Indonesia.
