About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit visa via Hobg Kong

I have s confirmed air ticket ex Shenzhen to Darwin.
Will be arriving from Hong Kong, by land. To SXZ airport.
Is all the border crossings available for a 24hr transit visa(I hold a New Zealand passport)?

Transit without visa requires that you arrive by air. You must either fly from Hong Kong to Guangzhou, or pay for a visa.

Yes, you can use a Shenzhen VOA to catch your flight from Shenzhen to Darwin. This is definitely legal and doable. Just apply for a VOA at Lo Wu / Luohu and the problem is solved.
