About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Do I only need a single entry visa if I fly to china cruise to Japan and back to China to fly home

Dear, if your itinerary is Australia-China-Japan-China-Australia and there is only one transit zone in mainland China, you can enjoy 24/ 144h visa exemption transit twice.
