problem get a cks ticket

hello all frm italy!
i'm trying to do a ticket in cks website like i read in previous posts, so i can get 144 h visa in Guangdong, i will arrive in Baiyun airport, and wish leave china from shekou port to Hk ferry, but when i try do ticket in cks website an error say to me.
is there another way get this ferry ticket?

You can buy the ticket on the spot. Generally speaking, there will have enough tickets. Don't worry.
