Within how many days from I get F visa of China, I am required to enter China?

I intend to come to Shenzhen, China for getting a prosthetic hand manufactured for my right hand (my right hand is malformed by birth). I have entirely coordinated with a manufacturer. He has asked me to come to my studio situated in Shenzhen for 7 to 8 days. He has sent me an invitation letter including all the information which are required by Chinese Govt and given in the Requirements of F visa of China.
I have contacted some travel agents to have my booking; all of them told me that first I must get my visa, then I should contact them to buy the air-ticket as it is an Australian Law (the travel agent first asks the applicants to forward a copy of his / her ID Card, Passport and Visa in order to make his / her flight booking). So without having my visa, I am not able to have the flight booking.
Please tell me that within how many days from I get F visa of China, I am required to enter China (after that I cannot enter China)?
