About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Good day Sir/Madam...i won a chinese government scholarship to study in china,im a ghanaian

Good day Sir/Madam...i won a chinese government scholarship to study in china,im a ghanaian and i will be coming to the embassy to apply for my visa,however on my jw02 form my name is Boakye Catherine Yiadom..but on my passport it is Boakye Yiadom Catherine..Please can this cause my visa to be denied and if yes,what can i do to make the correction.Can i swear an affidavit and attach to my visa application documents?

Dear, which document is wrong? If your name on JW02 is wrong, you may aske them to issue you a new one. If the passport is wrong, you should notarize and authenticate it.

The jw202 bares my wrong name.It is issued by the chinese ministry of education.As it stands i do not know how to contact them for a change.I have emailed the university i applied to about the problem,im yet to receive a feedback from there.someone told me i can swear an affidavit claiming im the same person as stated on the jw202 form.I do not know how accurate this is.
