Does anyone know if there are any requirements regarding immunizations for an M visa?

Upon further reading I believe we will need a Z work visa/temporary resident, however if I'm reading correctly we will need an M visa first, then once we get to China, in a certain period of time we will need to apply for temporary resident visa as my husbands job will be for a 4 year period. Was just wondering if we will need any shots for this process? We have both had all our childhood shots. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks0

Dear, as I know, there is no shot during the process as you just need to provide recent passport style photo.0
