Free shuttle from Shanghai Pudong Airport to hotel

Hi,

We'll be arriving PVG soon. May I know which terminal should we take to get to the hotel in chuansha? I believe that the hotel provides free shuttle. We've sent an email to the hotel but no respond. Is there any possibility for us to get the public phone in airport to contact the hotel?
