About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

On arrival - or in advance?

Can we just take a flight to PEK, then do the visa on arrival? Or does it need to be sorted beforehand. Purpose would be solely get out, collect bags, and check in again for onwards journey (out of China again).

You don’t need any kind of visa if your itinerary and passport qualify.
