About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

South Korea - Bejing - Tokyo - Seychellen/Thailand

...we have German passports, travelling around for 1 1/2 years so we are not going back to Germany before mid of August. Is the flight route possible?

Yes, it is. If your flights between South Korea and Beijing and Beijing and Tokyo are of nonstop type, you are definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in Beijing.
