About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Work entitlement

If I get a permanent residence permit as a spouse of a Chinese citizen, am I entitled to work in China? I'm currently on an annual residence permit through my employer.

Yes, you can work in China if you get a permanent residence permit.
