Entering and leaving the cruise ship Spectrum of the Seas in Shanghai

We are planning to enter the cruise ship Spectrum of the Seas in SH for contractually agreed works. After two cruises we will come back to SH and fly back to Germany. Is this possible with the 144 hours visa-free Transit?
