About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Hi my boyfriend he’s foreigner his working in Shanghai in company

but he’s not permanent resident, can he attachment visa for me to live together in China, if can what kind of requirement should I do.?

Dear, he can't attach visa for you to live together in China now. Only you get married, he can apply for China Family Reunion Q type.

It is hard to get visa type Q..?? What kind of requirement that we need..???

Dear, Q type is issued to relatives of Chinese citizens or foreigners residing in China with a permanent residence permit, so your boyfriend can't apply for Q type now.
