What are the requirements for Hongkong Visa for medical purposes?

Dear, you should provide valid passport, application form and recent photo, financial standing proof, round trip flight tickets, hotel reservation, itinerary in Hong Kong, and invitation letter or other evidence from Hong Kong hospital.
