Can I apply for a tourist visa please help I really want to meet my brother thanks.
Hello I want to go visit my brother next week in China ningbo and I have failed to get an proper invitation letter since I was told at the embassy that I have to prove his my biological brother by bringing a birth certificate which back home in Uganda is not available so apart from asking a chinese friend to help write the invitation letter which also failed since no one really is okay with it how else can I apply for a tourist visa please help I really want to meet my brother thanks.
