About:

im planning to go to leshan for a day. im staying near wenshu monastery station.

is it better to go by bus or train? and can u tell me the details and price based on both?

It is suggested that you take a bus directly from Xinnanmen Bus Station. You can take Metro Line 1 from Wenshu Monastery to Sichuan Gymnasium and transfer to Metro Line 3 to Xinnanmen. Get out of Exit C, you can see the bus station. It takes about CNY50 to Leshan and the bus operates from 8:00 to 19:30 every hour.
