What is the best way to travel from kunming to yuan yang? We are 3 senior citizen

It is advised to take a direct coah from Kunming South Coach Station to the destination. The bus schedules are 10:20, 12:30 and 18:00. The ticket fare is CNY140 or CNY147 per person.
