Do you have any Recommended routes at Canshan mountain by taking cable car?

Oh! I have lots of questions about mountain pls help me
Is it okay if I go up by Zhonghe cable car and go down by gantong cable car? (Or it’s better to switch, go up by gantong and down by Zhonghe)
How many kms do I have to walk?
how long does it take the whole trip?
Is it okay to start the trip at the afternoon (around 1 pm)
Any attractive places during the route?
And the last question how do I get to the cable station?
