Fiancé Business Trip in China

I have Belgian Boyfriend and he is going to Nanjing China for few weeks Business trip, i worked in China before where we met but now I stop working because I’m going to apply Fiancé visa to Belgium.. but the preparation is quite long as I expected... my question is, is it possible for me to get Tourist Visa in China only during my Boyfriend business trip even I don’t have proof of work or property in the Philippines? But I have enough Funds to covered my visit... what should I do? Please give me advise.. thank you!
