About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hong Kong- Shenzen - MNL

Hi. If I have a flight from Shenzen to Manila, can I take advantage of the 24-hour visa-free transit by entering Shenzen from Hong Kong by bus? I plan to tour the city before going to the airport. Thanks.

No, you cannot. You need a visa, a VOA, or a flight to Guangzhou.
