Apply for resident permit online

Good day

Can my agency apply for my resident permit online, and how long does it usually take?
They only registered me at the local police station 14 days since my arrival and has applied for my resident permit online. My contract is only in English, will my resident permit be approved?

Dear, as I know, the application can not be processed online, and one should apply at local PSB. You should contact with the agency for detailed information. Plus, the process normally takes 3 weeks.
