Visa to Hong Kong for Fair

Hello,
I am Cambodian, holding Cambodian passport and is planning to go to Hong Kong by September for Gem Fair for around 5 days. Do i need to apply for visa? If so, what are the documents needed and do i need to directly go to the embassy ?

Am i required to book flights and hotels in advance before going to the embassy?
This is my first time going to HongKong and i am not sure what to do. Thank you in advance.
