How can I reapply for my work visa?
I used to work in china for almost 2 years. I came back to my country last March. Now my employer is refusing me to give the work permit cancellation certificate and the recommendation letter. They even kept my work permit card. Now, how can I reapply for work visa to work in china? My work permit and resident permit is already expired.
