About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Work prevent for China for my brother is a US citizen

My brother just moved to China from Vietnam and he's trying to get a work permit but he's originally from the United States I'm wondering I live in the United States can I get this for him thank you for your time

Dear, you can't get work visa for your brother. If he wants to apply for work type in US, he must be in US.
