Travelling to China on a student visa

Hello, I am traveling to China on a student visa. Does anyone has any experience with this one when going through immigration? What paperwork should I carry? I have my visa and admission letter. Also, Any general experience on the entry? I have read that in this particular Chinese officers are actually very welcoming (they don't even say anything as long as you have your papers in order) Maybe I am just nervous and overthinking. I don't know why airports make me feel this way. Sorry.
