2019 Career luck

I am born on 21.6.2982 female. Currently there is a changes in my current job roles and i am not comfortable with the new roles. Should i make a move to somewhere else or i should remain there.

What is the chances of me getting a new job and will it come back to the same situation as my current job. What can i do to improve my current job if i choose to stay?

Thanks i have decided to make a move from my current roles. May i know what changes will i foresee and it is ok for me to take a break from my current for the nx few months.
