About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Free transit visa in Shenzhen airport

Hello, I am Romanian citizen, I fly from London to Shenzhen to Tokyo the transit time waiting for the exchange flight in Shenzhen is 22 hours. Does the 24 hours free visa apply for the Shenzhen airport ?

Of course it does. You are perfectly covered by 24 hours visa free transit. In case that you plan to exit the airport, you will apply for 24 hours free entry permit. It is highly advisable that you book in advance some accommodation and have a confirmation in hard copy ready to be shown to immigration authorities. By the way, this is not 24 hours visa, but 24 hours visa free transit, so without visa. You should use correct terminology to avoid any possible misunderstandings.
