Hong Kong visa for RISE 2019

I am a Pakistani studying in South Korea on d-2 visa and ARC. I have an invitation letter from the organizers to attend the event RISE 2019. where can I apply for the visa?

You can either apply at the CVASC center in South Korea or send your application to HK Immigration Bureau by post.

You should prepare the required documents and submit them by post directly toReceipt and Despatch Sub-unit, Hong Kong Immigration Department, 2/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
