visa application process for business

Question

I need to travel to China on behalf of my company to do business.  My HR department generated a letter of introduction/invitation.  I have completed the visa application per the website.  Do I need to come to the consulate to schedule the interview or can I can?  To call and schedule, what is a good working number as I have tried all of the above listed numbers with no reply or call back.  Thank you.

Dear, as I know, you should submit the application by yourself or someone else. Plus, please tell me which consulate phone you need to know.

Elinor, I am in Lagos Nigeria.  I tried calling the numbers in Lagos and Abuja and no answers to any of my calls.Thanks
