How to apply free visa to Hainan for Malaysian

I have buy the air ticket to Hainan. How to apply visa?

You have your flight tickets and you will also need to book your accommodation. Also, you will shortly write down a short itinerary of how long will you stay in Hainan and what will you do there and you will apply for 30 day visa free access through one of the relevant agencies. I recommend that you make a contact with this agency where you have written your question, i.e. with Travel China Guide. They will support you and will tell you everything you need to supply to them. Also, you will book one or two of their offers like airport transfer or similar and you will be allowed to travel to Hainan.
