Hi, can I know my career prediction for 2019. Some reading said career Progress is better than last year but not true, am feeling very demoralising, gets negative remarks from Boss even I have put lots of hard work and taken pay cut due to company not in good shape and down sizing.
Will I be able to get a new job opportunity in 2019 or in 2020?

Oh, you need to believe that you can make some breakthroughs. It will be ok for you to change a job in the second half of the year. You have enough abilities to adapt the new work environment. And finally you will get some successes.
