Hi, I really like my career currently, but sometimes I'm loosing faith about the company, and I'm also upgrading myself for what I like to do, so I'm wondering will I get laid-off from the company and move to different city for a different job?

Hi, Debby, you need to follow your heart. It will be fine if you change another job in 2019. Don't worry. You can adapt for the new environment quickly. Just remember to keep the modest attitude towards other people's suggestions.
