About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

transit visa in Chengdu and Zhengzhou

i am looking at booking flights through sichaun airlines.
They connect from Australia to Chengdu, 3 hour stopover, domestic flight to zhengzhou, another 3 hour stopover and then fly to vancouver.
Will we be eligible for the 24 hour visa free option with the domestic flight inbetween?

Yes, you are definitely eligible for 24 hours visa free transit in China with your itinerary. It really doesn't matter whether you have a domestic flight between Chengdu and Zhengzhou. Anyway, I think that you will use Sichuan Airlines flight 3U8501, so it will be probably easier because the flight under that flight number (code) flies from Chengdu to Vancouver with an intermediate stop in Zhengzhou, i.e. this is in reality one flight. Never mind, you are eligible and that is the detail that matters. Everything else is secondary. One more detail... I have noticed that you use both "transit visa" and 24 hour visa free option. Please, use just the latter option because there is no visa. You will fly visa free. Just to avoid any possible misunderstandings.
