About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

28 Hour Layover

Hi,

I will be arriving to Shanghai on JAL on 12pm and will depart from Shanghai at 4pm the following day. I am holding a Malaysian passport. Am I eligible for this visa? If not, what are my options?

If your transit is more than 24 hours then you need a visa in advance.

Yes, transit (G) visa is your best option.
