How many times can I enter China?

Hello - I'm planning to visit China in November 2019, for 1-2 weeks as a tourist.

How long does my L Visa last (what's the expiry date?)

How many times can I enter China on one L Visa? For example, I wish to visit Hong Kong during my holiday, so my UK passport will be valid for that. But will I be allowed to re-enter China afterwards? Thank you.

Cheryl, if there are 30 days of stay on your L type visa, you can stay for 30 days at most after entering. If you have a single entry visa, you can enter China with it for only once. It means you may need another visa to re-enter, but you can try to make use of the 72 or 144 hours visa free transit to avoid the trouble of getting a new visa.
