transit in beijing, need visa?

I am holding Cambodia Passport and I am permanent resident in Canada. Do I need Visa to transit? If they need Visa, where can I do it in Montreal? Can I apply online?

Dear, if Beijing is your only stop in mainland China and you are in a transit between different countries, you can enjoy 24h visa exemption transit; otherwise, you need to go to CVASC in Canada in person and apply transit visa.
