About:Top 8 Reasons Why Your China Visa Gets Rejected

My parents are retired. We (their children) will be paying. What to submit for proof of income?

This is for tourist visa only.

As far as I know, US citizens don't need to submit proof of income when applying for the tourist visa.

Filipinos do not have to submit proof of income, but you can contact with Chinese Embassy in Philippines for confirmation.

It will be a sponsorship so the one paying for the trip should submit (if you are the child)
Your birth certificate and your parents marriage cert to show your relationship, pictures together, your bank statement and bank certificate for 6 months showing that you can pay for their trip and their itinerary plus plane ticket
