About:Chinese Zodiac Compatibility

I am a Male Monkey 01/27/1981 and according to my love matches

I am compatible with Ox and Dragon.
When I use the Chart and type in my Birthday and the woman I am interested in 3/19/1985 it comes up as we need Serious Effort? I do not understand why that is as She is an Ox??? Can you please explain?
