About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I get the Transit Visa for both the forward and return Journey

I'm transiting in Beijing for less than 24 hours in both my forward journey and return journey. Am I eligilble for transit visa on both occasions

My itinerary is Sydney to Warsaw, with transit in Beijing. I transit in Beijing 4th October from Friday 5:30am and depart 2:30am Saturday. On the return journey from Vienna to Sydney I transit in Beijing on the 27th October from 4:50am and depart 1:40am on the 28th. Both transit time is less than 24hours. Can I get the transit visa for both journey. I hold Australian passport
