Easiest way to get single visa for China from UK

I believe as I am over 70yrs I do not need to be finger printed for a visa to China.I am not travelling in a group until I get to China then I join a group for a six day tour. Do I need single visa and do I really need to travel to London twice.

Hi, you need to apply for single entry L type. Plus, you don't need to travel to London twice. After submitting the application at CVASC in London, you can choose to receive your visa with postal service.
