Authentication of Documentation for Working in China

I need to get my documentation (degree police check etc) authenticated. Do I need to book an appointment for this and can my husband do this on my behalf?

Dear, as I know, there is no need for making an appointment and your husband can do this on your behalf, but he needs to provide his original and copy of his passport or photo ID.
