If those are all your stops within the mentioned itinerary, you are definitely eligible for 144 hours visa free transit within Shanghai transit area. So, when in Hangzhou, you are allowed to travel within a pretty large area that is composed of Shanghai city and the provinces of Zhejiang and Jiangsu.

By the way, you will not get any kind of visa at Hangzhou airport because you will be allowed to exit the airport and to stay and travel within Shanghai transit area based on 144 hours visa free transit and relevant entry permit. To conclude, you will get a sticker in your passport, but not a visa.
