90 rules for Individual income tax

I usually arrive at China 3pm on the entry day and leave 5pm on the exit day, a different day. Are the entry day and exit day counted into the 90 days of my stay for Chinese individual tax purposes if my durations for those two days are less than 24 hours?

If I stay less than 90 days in China, do I need to fill Chinese individual tax for the stipends received from China employer? Thanks!

Qi, the duration of stay is counted from the next day upon arrival, so the exit day counts in to the 90 days of your stay while the entry day not. Plus, I have no idea about your second question. You can take with your China employer about this issue.
