What do I need to do to switch from a tourist visa to an S1 spouse visa?

I am currently in China on a tourist visa, leaving the country every 60 days. My husband is here on a work visa. I need to switch my visa from a tourist visa to an S1 spouse visa. What steps do I need to take?

Kate, you can prepare in advance include your passport, a recent passport style photo, a registration form of temporary residence, copy of your husband's work visa and your marriage certificate and your tourist visa. And then renew at local PSB.
