Hi, I will arrive Xiaoshan airport 11pm, what is the best transportation to a hotel in Hangzhou

You can take Shuttle Bus Wulinmen Line to the city terminal and then walk south about 1km to your hotel. It takes about 1h 20 min and the bus fare is CNY20.
