About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am Singaporean and starting a company in China. Can I apply for permanent residence ?

Well, it's very hard and complicated to get China's permanent residence. You can check whether you meet the requirements on the page of "Permanent Residence Permit" on this website.
