How to travel between tulou to tulou?

If I intend to take bullet train to Gaobei tulou in Yongding, stay overnight and visit Nanjing tianluokeng before returning to Xiamen, how can I travel between Gaobei to tianluokeng and back to Xiamen if I don't have private charter?
