You can take a flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Quanzhou Jinjiang Airport. Then take Bus Line K604 to Quanzhou passenger transport center station to take bus to Jiefu. The bus operates at 10:00 and 16:20. The bus fare is CNY34.
